CONNECTIONS

From the parking lot to the sanctuary, help people feel welcomed at ReyNaz. This team seeks to greet, assist, serve, and connect others in the hope of adding value to their Sunday morning experience.

Greeters - Let’s make sure the first thing a person sees when they show up at ReyNaz is a smile!

Ushers - Help folks find a good seat, pass out materials before or during service when needed, and assist with the offering boxes in the sanctuary

Coffee - Set up our complimentary coffee and tea bar in the lobby, this is a great way to help build community before service starts!

Hello Center - Make visitors feel like family by answering any questions they might have and assuring they leave feeling truly seen.

FAMILY CARE

Cook a meal or bake a dessert for new parents, those recovering from surgery, or those grieving.

Prepare larger meals for funerals or other churchwide gatherings.

Write cards, visit, or make phone calls to those in the ReyNaz family that are homebound, in nursing care facilities, recovering from surgery, or need extra support.

Prayer Warrior - Dedicate time to praying for the requests that go out in the weekly Community Life email.

BASKETBALL CHURCH

Officials

Scorekeepers - All training is provided!

Hang out with the players’ little ones in the nursery during games.

Data organization

Registration - Sit by the entrance door to greet players and make sure they sign in properly with necessary liability forms

Photographer/social media - Capture special moments in worship or the action on the court to give us current content to use on social media and the website - the best way for others to share in the excitement is to *see* what’s happening at Basketball Church!

Mentor new believers - Get to know the players by talking to them when they’re not on the court, taking interest in their lives, answering questions about Jesus and faith!

Help facilitate the 1pm worship service

Prepare and serve lunch and dinner - for some players, this is the only family meal they’ll have all week!

SUPPORT TEAM

This team cares for the physical property of ReyNaz and safety protocol, ensuring a secure, clean, welcoming environment.

Outside - Landscaping (weeding, trimming bushes), snow removal on sidewalks

Inside - Painting, cleaning, electrical, plumbing

Building projects

Security Team - Help us to keep our church family safe by monitoring the church entrances and parking lots while we gather.
